year's "Monte Carlo-style" Spring Gala, so now we're counting on you to attend!

On Saturday evening, March 13, 2010, join your fellow La Caņadans at the Pasadena
Convention Center and support our children by: becoming a Gala Underwriter (call the Foundation office);
donating items to the silent and live auctions; placing an ad on the Gala Digital Tribute; having your business sponsor a casino table; and buying Strike-It-Rich Raffle

If you have a child who will be attending Kindergarten in the Fall, registration
begins next week. Registration will take place in the office of each elementary school. Please register at the
school normally attended by children in your neighborhood. Registration packets are available at the school sites beginning
February 1, 2010.
Please forward this information to parents who do not have children presently enrolled in school,
including those in your neighborhood who might havea child eligible to attend Kindergarten next year.
All families
are welcome to attend the annual Elementary Open Houses which are scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 6:30-8
p.m.
