LCE Celebration: Oct. 26 – Oct. 30, 2026 · National Campaign: Oct. 23 – 31

Red Ribbon Week is the nation's largest and longest-running drug-use prevention campaign. During LCE's celebration, students take the pledge to live a safe and healthy lifestyle.

This year's theme: "Make A Difference. Be a Hero." Every choice we make fits into the bigger picture — just like a puzzle coming together. Living drug-free helps build a stronger, brighter future, one piece at a time.

Submit Your 2027 Theme

Theme submissions are accepted annually from January 1 through December 4. The contest winner receives $500 in Red Ribbon Week-themed merchandise, courtesy of Nimco, Inc. — the exclusive provider of Red Ribbon campaign materials.
